Matt Lewis was hired as Marshall's new Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement in November 2025 after serving as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement since July 2024.
Matt is in his eighth year with Marshall Athletics. Prior to serving as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement, Matt served as a Marketing Assistant from 2022-24 after joining the Marshall Athletics family in 2018 as a Marketing Intern.
The Charleston, W.Va., native graduated from Marshall with a BA in Sports Management with an emphasis in Sports Marketing and a Minor in Marketing in 2020. He then graduated with his MA in Sports Management: Sports Administration from Liberty University in May 2022.
