Marshall fans will get their first look at the 2002-03 Thundering Herd men?s and women?s basketball teams at the annual ?Thursday Night Thunder? Thursday at the Cam Henderson Center in Huntington.

The event begins at 7:00 p.m. and will include the Marshall pep band, dance team, cheerleaders, Marco, and the men?s and women?s basketball teams.

Team introductions, a men?s and women?s three-point shoot-out, a slam dunk contest, a three-on-three tournament championship featuring Marshall students, and the men?s first scrimmage of the preseason are among the scheduled events.

Tickets are $5 for adults and $2 for children with all proceeds benefiting the Marshall University Tip-off Club. Marshall students will be admitted free with a valid university I.D.
