Tennis To Take On North Carolina

HUNTINGTON, W.Va.-The Marshall tennis team will travel to Chapel Hill, N.C. this weekend to take on the University of North Carolina. The match is set for Saturday, March 23 at noon.

The Tarheels are ranked as the No. 10 team in the country. This is the fourth team that the Herd (#75) has competed against in the top 25 this season.

In the latest ITA singles rankings, Marshall had two members in the rankings. Freshman, Ashley Kroh from Louisville, Ky. was ranked 111. Jessica Johnosn, sophomore from Swickley, Pa. was ranked 120.

Marshall is 4-3 overall on the season and 0-0 in Mid-American Conference.
