Women's Soccer Postpones Exhibition and Announces Final 2003 Schedule

HUNTINGTON, W.Va.- Marshall University?s Women?s Soccer team will face off against the like of West Virginia University, Purdue University and Virginia Tech amongst others in its 2003 season.
Marshall?s head coach Chris Kane has finalized the schedule for his first season as the head of the Marshall women?s soccer program. The Herd will play 12 Mid-American Conference contests and has scheduled seven non-conference contests. Marshall will take on WVU in a scrimmage on August 20th, in Morgantown, W.Va. to open the season. A complete schedule is listed below.
Marshall would also like to announce the postponement of this weekend?s scheduled exhibition with Daton U-17 Galaxy. The contest, originally scheduled for March 30th, will now be played on April 13th at 3:00 p.m. on Marshall?s Sam Hood Field.
