Women's Golf At Mary Fossum Invitational

East Lansing, Mich., is the destination for the 2003-04 women's golf team this weekend, as the Mary Fossum Inivitational awaits the Thundering Herd in their second tournament of the season. The tournament is hosted by Michigan State University.

Practice rounds are underway today, with tournament action starting Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m with 36 holes of play. Sunday's final round begins at 8 a.m.

Fifteen teams will participate in the Fossum Invitational this weekend. Included in the list of teams are MAC members Eastern Michigan, Kent State, Toledo, Ohio, and Western Michigan.

Marshall will send three freshman, Allyson Hatcher, Stacy Wagner, and Meredith Crislip, along with two sophomores, Carling Dickey and Sheena Caron, to participate this weekend.
