Women's Hoops Season Ticket Drive Kicks Off Oct. 21

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The Marshall women?s basketball team will tip off its 2004-05 ?Last MAC Dance? season ticket drive on Thursday, Oct. 21, in the Bob Hartley Big Green Room at 5 p.m. All Herd fans are invited to attend to meet the team and tip off the 2004-?05 season.
The two-week ticket drive lasts from Oct. 21-Nov. 4, with a goal of selling more than 500 season tickets. Last year?s ?Your Ticket to the Sweet 16? ticket drive exceeded the program?s goal of 300 season tickets sold.
Herd players will conduct a team draft for their teams to vie for prizes for the top selling teams and individual. The team and individual who collects the most sales will win various prizes, including a trip for two to the Maryland Tournament on the team bus in December.
All fans who wish to support the Thundering Herd as it marches toward its goal of a Mid-American Conference championship before it heads to Conference USA next season are encouraged to attend. Do you have your ticket to the dance?
