Women's Basketball to Aid in Ritter Park Cleanup

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. ? The Marshall University women?s basketball team will continue its community service efforts when it once again plans to participate in ?Operation Clean Sweep? this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
?The Dawg? 93.7 FM will sponsor the event in conjunction with the Greater Huntington Parks and Recreation Department in effort to clean up Huntington?s delightful Ritter Park area.
?We were involved last year and it?s a great, worthwhile opportunity for us to be in the community,? Marshall head coach Royce Chadwick said. ?Our program is excited about the chance to clean up the park and to once again mingle with our boosters.?
