Women's Soccer Announces Spring Schedule

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. ? Head coach Chris Kane and the Marshall women?s soccer team has announced its 2005 spring schedule. The schedule is highlighted by trips to Ohio State, Clemson, and West Virginia and three playing dates in Huntington.
The Herd begins play at the Ohio State 7v7 tournament on Feb. 26 before heading south to Clemson, S.C. on March 5th where MU will battle the University of Georgia and Clemson.
MU meets up with intrastate rival West Virginia in an all-day tournament on April 2. Morehead State, CESA All Stars, University of Charleston and WV Vision U17 will all take on the Herd at Sam Hood Field during the month of April.
The spring season concludes on April 23 with an Alumni Match in Huntington.
Marshall returns 20 players from last year?s roster including Mid-American Conference All-Freshman honoree Kassie Hollman (Marietta, Ga.).
