Women's Soccer Games Postponed until Saturday

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The opening games for the women's soccer tournament, the Thundering Herd Nike Classic, have been postponed from Friday night until Saturday morning. Sunday's games will remain as scheduled.

Jacksonville and Pittsburgh square-off at 10 a.m. This will be the first game of the season for each team.

Marshall opens the 2005 season at noon against Duquesne. The Thundering Herd will wait one more day before trying to even the all-time series with the Dukes.

Sunday's play will be unaffected by the changes to Friday's matches. Duquesne will play Jacksonville at 11:30 a.m. and Marshall will take on Pittsburgh at 2 p.m. for the first time in team history.
