Chris Kane to hold 2006 Girl's Soccer School

HUNTINGTON, W.Va.- Chris Kane, Marshall's head women's soccer coach, will be hosting a girl's soccer school at Marshall on June 13-16. The camp is for any girl between the ages of 3 and 15.

The camp staff is comprised of many talented and experienced individuals. Kane, who will be at the helm, holds a USSF "B" national license and an Advanced National Diploma from the NSCAA. Joining Kane will be Marshall assistant coaches Matt Gwilliam and Suzie Grech. Gwilliam has five years of collegiate coaching and two years at the high school level. Like Kane, Gwilliam also holds an Advanced National Diploma from the NSCAA. Grech, who played goalie for Michigan, will be entering her second season at the collegiate level after coaching high school soccer in Michigan.

Also joining the staff will be team members from Marshall women's soccer program.

Campers have the option to attend the camp for a half day, 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m., or a full day, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Lunch will not be provided.

The price for the half day session will be $75.00 while the full day session will cost $135.00. Any camper who is a child of a Marshall student or employee will receive a $10.00 discount.
