Men's Basketball Season Tickets Now on Sale

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - Marshall University men's basketball 2008-09 season tickets are now on sale to the general public, Assistant Athletic Director for Ticketing Aaron Goebbel announced today.

Season ticket packages start at $90 for the Thundering Herd's 16-game regular season schedule at the Cam Henderson Center. Tickets can be purchased at the Henderson Center ticket office or by phone at (304) 696-HERD or toll free at 1-800-THE-HERD.

A seating chart is available to view at Marshall's official athletics website, www.herdzone.com.

The Herd, 16-14 last season, returns three starters for year No. 2 of the Donnie Jones era. Marshall will play eight home games versus Conference USA rivals and eight games versus non-conference opponents such as Ohio and Old Dominion.

Single-game tickets will go on sale at a later date.
