SCOUTING THE MONARCHS
Old Dominion is 4-3-1 this season. The Monarchs most recently tied 1-1 at Kentucky to open the Conference USA season. Old Dominion is 1-1-1 on the road and will play its third consecutive road game Wednesday.

THE GRAY AREA
Marshall coach Bob Gray on the Old Dominion Game:
"Old Dominion is one of the best teams in Conference USA and has traditionally been good for years. They grinded out a tie against Kentucky, which was a good result against a good team."
"We tied a few really good conference teams at home last year, like South Carolina and Tulsa when they were ranked pretty high. We need to find a way to get a draw or a win against a few of these teams as we hit the tough part of our schedule now."
