Homecoming Gameday Information Released

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- Marshall Athletics has released pertinent gameday information relating to Saturday's Homecoming football date with Middle Tennessee at noon at Joan C. Edwards Stadium.
The Homecoming parade begins at 8:30 a.m. Saturday (see graphic). All Marshall fans who have reserved parking at Edwards Stadium are strongly encouraged to be parked prior to 8 a.m. to avoid any traffic congestion. Parking lots will open at 7 a.m.
The north side gate of the West Lot off 3rd Avenue will be open to enter the lot during the time 20th Street will be closed due to the parade (estimated time: 9:45-10:30).
Regarding Saturday's Thunder Walk, the team will arrive at the stadium at 10 a.m. and leave team buses on 3rd Avenue just behind the television trucks (slightly west of the Shewey Building) instead of on 20th Street at the usual location. This change was made necessary due to the parade route. All fans are encouraged to greet the team as they normally would.
The box office in the Henderson Center will NOT open the day of the game. All ticket booths at Joan C. Edwards Stadium will open at 9 a.m. Customers who ordered tickets at HerdZone.com or by phone are encouraged to pick up their tickets at Will Call, located to the south of Gate A, as early as possible. Will Call also will open at 9 a.m.
