Big Green to Host 1987 Football Reunion

Huntington, W.Va. ââ'¬" The Big Green Scholarship Foundation is hosting a football team reunion for the 1987 Thundering Herd on October 23-24, 2015.
The weekend will consist of a Reunion Reception on Friday evening, followed by a Team Tailgate on Saturday before the game, and on-field recognition during Marshall vs. North Texas.
The 1987 team set a Marshall record with 10 wins and advanced to the I-AA National Championship in Pocatello, Idaho, falling 43-42 to NE Louisiana.
