HUNTINGTON, W.VA. - Tickets for the 25th Annual Chesapeake Energy Capital Classic women's basketball game for Marshall and West Virginia are scheduled to go on sale Monday, Nov. 16 at 10 a.m. The game takes place at the Charleston Civic Center.
Tipoff for the game is slated for 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13.
All tickets for the women's game are general admission and are $7 each. A group rate is available for groups of 10 or more at $3 per person. Fans can call the Charleston Civic Center Box Office at 1-800-840-9227 or Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000. Fans can also go online at Ticketmaster.com. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Charleston Civic Center Box Office.
It is the 55th meeting between the two schools. The first time Marshall and WVU met for women's basketball was Jan. 25, 1974. The teams have been meeting at the Charleston Civic Center since Jan 22, 1992.
