Dixon is tops in the league with 12 wins in the circle. She also leads with 11 complete games and 139 strikeouts, 47 more than any other pitcher in the league as of 3/6/15.

STANTON'S STATEMENTS
Head Coach Shonda Stanton on weekend:

On Preparation:

"We were able to get outside and practice this week and Coach (Chanda) Bell did a great job of attacking the zone as far as what we're going to see this weekend. Our ladies were able to get some great reps in at the plate. FIU is a great offensive team, so we are going to have to go out and battle with them offensively.

SCOUTING THE GOLDEN PANTHERS

After going 33-20 last season, FIU currently stands at 15-8 under first year head coach Gator Rebhan. Rebhan is a Miami native and has previously served as an assistant with the program. As a team, the Golden Panthers are hitting at .312, slightly ahead of Marshall's .309 average. Stephanie Texeira leads the team with a .528 average and 28 hits (six home runs). Corrine Jenkins leads the FIU pitching staff with an 8-5 record.
