"It's just time. I told everyone that if you came to our practices, you could see it. It's there, we just weren't getting it done on the floor. When you play and the ball moves as fast as it moves, everything's got to be together. It takes a while to get that. You have to be committed as a coach, to work through that. Some coaches get nervous, because they're making the decisions and you aren't."
On Jon Elmore and Ryan Taylor's role in the flow of the offense
"(Jon) and Ryan direct the traffic. Ryan does it from a point forward position and Jon does it as the point guard position. It's what they do. Jon is clever and understands the game. He's a good player."

"He does a lot of good things and a lot of defensive things you don't see. It's his off-the-ball defense where he's really, really good. He's directive. If you listen to him, he'll talk and direct them and get everyone where he's supposed to be."
