Big Green Announces HERDSPYS Award Winners

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. --Marshall athletics' Big Green Scholarship Foundation held its second HERDSPYs event, honoring student-athletes and recognizing some of the greatest moments in Thundering Herd history as voted by Thundering Herd fans via HerdZone.com.

Winning the top moment of the year was men's basketball's 108-106 double buzzer beater overtime victory over Southern Miss on Senior Day. James Kelly sent the game to overtime with a layup at the end of regulation and Austin Loop drilled the game-winner off the left wing to send the Henderson Center into a frenzy.
