COACH'S CORNER
Quote from head coach John Mercer
The score was not indicative of the match. The match was very tight all the way to the end. Give a lot of credit to Cincinnati. They were tough fighters and have really improved since moving to the American Athletic Conference. Fortunately, we pulled out three wins after losing first sets. Dani (Dankanych) and Anna (Pomyatinskaya) did great competing after falling behind. It was also good to see Derya (Turhan) and Maddie (Silver) continue to play well and get us off to a solid 3-0 lead.
