Head Coach Ian Walsh
"We had a lot of gritty races tonight and walked away with some top third finishes. Our 400 IM swimmers really set the tone for the session and we were able to take that momentum through the meet. The next event Jordyn and Hanna scored big points for us. Hannah snuck in for third place with a lifetime best of 54.48. Our 200 freestylers improved upon their morning swims and Catharine tied for second place right off her lifetime best. Our breaststrokers and backstrokers raced well. Jordyn had a tough double and handled it really well, dipping under 54.9 for the second time today. Our 400 Medley Relay put up the eighth-fastest time in program history. We have one more day of racing and some big events for us. We have a lot to be proud of tonight and we look forward to finishing strong tomorrow."
