Women’s Golf Completes Day One at the Memphis Women’s Intercollegiate

GERMANTOWN, Tenn. – The Marshall women's golf team finished the first two rounds Monday of the Memphis Women's Intercollegiate at the Ridgeway Country Club. The Herd sits in sixth place out of 14 teams.
Junior Shelby Brauckmuller leads Marshall in 15th overall and is three strokes back from getting into the top-10.
No. 51 Penn State leads the team competition after scoring a 2-under combined score of 566. The Nittany Lions lead No. 67 Middle Tennessee by five strokes. Megan McLean of Penn State leads the individual field with a 5-under 137.
The third and final round begins with a shotgun start at 9:30 a.m. eastern.
