FORT MYERS, Fla. – The Marshall women's golf team is back on the links for the Conference USA Championships, April 15-17, at the Verandah Club.
Tee times on the Old Orange course begin at 8 a.m. The course is a par-72, with a total distance of 6,194 yards.
Live scoring is provided through Golfstat.com.
"I was very impressed with the way our practice round went today," Herd head coach Brooke Burkhammer said. "I love the way we are hitting the ball and our short game around the greens. I know we can play well here. We just have to execute things the next three days."
Playing for Marshall at the C-USA Championships will be senior Ylva Forslund, junior Shelby Brauckmuller, sophomores Kerri Parks and Stormy Randazzo, and freshman Jackie Schmidt. The Herd will be among the first groups to tee off beginning at 8 a.m.
The Herd will be up against Charlotte, FIU, FAU, Middle Tennessee, North Texas, Old Dominion, Southern Miss, UAB, UTEP, UTSA and WKU.
Marshall's best finish came in 2016 in tie for seventh place.
