HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- Marshall swimming and diving head coach Ian Walsh will welcome Lexi Wilhoit to the Thundering Herd as a newcomer who will join the program this fall.
Wilhoit is a native of Trafalgar, Indiana and competed for the Indian Creek Aquatic Club.
"The Marshall Swimming & Diving program has very deep roots nationwide," said Walsh. "Lexi came on our radar from a former student-athlete who swam here at Marshall. Lexi has a pure passion for the sport and we are excited for her to bring that dynamic to our team. The staff saw the appreciation for the deep tradition during her visit at Marshall and we're excited to have her join us this fall."
