Parker Webb comes to Huntington from Morehead State where she worked in the university's development office for 15 years, boasting an extensive background in cultivating endowments, legacy and other major gifts.

"We are so grateful Alicia is joining our Big Green family," said Sutherland. "Her experience in raising funds for major gifts and knowledge in setting up long-term plans for donors will be a real asset to our program. She is passionate about people and a lifelong Herd fan and that makes her a perfect fit."

Parker Webb earned her Bachelor's degree in Communications-Advertising/Public Relations from Morehead in 2001.

"I'm really excited for the opportunity to join the Big Green family," said Parker Webb. "I am passionate about student success, both in the classroom, and on the playing field. I am looking forward to being a part of the rich tradition and history of Marshall."

She and her husband Brandon have six children (five girls, one boy), have been longtime Big Green members and currently reside in Louisa, Kentucky.
