Marshall Swimming and Diving Announces 2022-23 Schedule

Herd has three home meets
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University swimming and diving team announced its 2022-23 schedule on Tuesday.
"We are excited about our schedule and the opportunities we have to race multi-day competitions," Herd swimming and diving head coach Ian Walsh said. "It has been nice to get a fair amount of training in before we begin competing. Entering a new conference is always exciting and we are eager to see some of our conference members in West Lafayette at our mid-season invitational. Our women love to race and we are excited to kick things off for our 2022-2023 season up in Morgantown next month."
The Herd begins its season with six meets away from Huntington beginning at the WV Games in Morgantown on October 14 and 15, followed by meets at Bowling Green (November 4), at Toledo (November 5), at the Purdue Invite in West Lafayette, Indiana, (November 16-18) and its final meet of 2022 in Miami, Florida, at FIU (December 16).
Marshall then hosts three consecutive meets against Ohio (January 13), James Madison (January 14) and Duquesne (January 21 and 22).
The Herd will then head to the Missouri Valley Conference Championships from February 15 through February 18 in Iowa City, Iowa.
MU continues its postseason at the NCAA Zones (March 6-9) in Morgantown, West Virginia, the NIC Championships (March 9-11) in Elkhart, Indiana, and the NCAA Championships (March 15-18) in Knoxville, Tennessee.
