HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University tennis team heads to Baltimore, Maryland, for the Greyhounds Women's Tennis Classic this Friday through Sunday. The event is being hosted by Loyola University Maryland.

Dates: Friday, October 13 through Sunday, October 15
Location: Baltimore, Maryland (McClure Tennis Center)
Teams: Howard, Loyola (MD), Marshall, Morgan State, Towson
Marshall Participants: Gabrielle Clairotte, Rieke Gillar, Andjela Lopicic, Emily Schut
Pregame Notes
Schut opened the season with a 4-2 record, 2-1 in singles and 2-1 in doubles, during Marshall's first event at Thunder in the Mountains. One of her doubles victories came against Radford with Clairotte.
Lopicic took her lone singles contest over Selma Tounsi of Cleveland State, while taking two doubles contests including one with Gillar against Cleveland State.
Gillar took singles contests against foes from Radford and CSU at the season-opening event.
