Game Notes | Coach Kemper Presser

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The Marshall women's basketball team (15-10, 8-6 SBC) returns to action Thursday at Georgia Southern.

Having won six of its last seven, Thundering Herd graduate senior Shanniah Wright understands the importance of facing a Georgia Southern team, also with eight wins in the Sun Belt Conference.

"They're a good basketball team," Wright said. "That was true when we played them last time and it is true now. They are going to give us everything they've got and we will give everything we've got!"
