Henderson, Kelsheimer Compete at NCAA Zones

Two of just 78 qualifiers
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The Marshall University divers Lauren Henderson and Grace Kelsheimer competes at NCAA Zones on Tuesday.
"This was a tough meet with its own special brand of challenges," Herd diving coach Megan Siford said. "Having to wait almost an hour between dives is both mentally and physically tough. However, these ladies did an amazing job overcoming these obstacles, as well as maintaining their composure and staying relaxed in between dives. They really showed just what they are capable of and that the future of Marshall swimming and diving looks bright. I'm so proud of Grace and Lauren for the work they have put in and their ability to put together six dives over the course of four and a half hours. Great job ladies!"
The pair of Herd student-athletes were just two of 78 to qualify for the quarterfinal event.
