Herd Tennis Hits the Road for Pair of Matches

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University tennis team (13-6, 7-2 Sun Belt) goes on the road for matches at App State (10-6, 7-2 Sun Belt) on Friday and at Western Kentucky (14-9) on Sunday.

The Mountaineers enter the contest on a three-match win streak after a victory at Texas State and sweeping a pair of home matches last weekend against South Alabama and Southern Miss.

Savannah Dada-Mascoll is a combined 12-2 across number two and three singles this season.

The Hilltoppers have dropped their last two matches at Middle Tennessee and against UAB. WKU hosts UTEP on Saturday for its contest against Marshall on Sunday.

Rachel Hermanova sports a 16-6 singles record, including 13-3 at number three singles matches.
