HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The Sun Belt Conference-leading Marshall Thundering Herd (12-5, 6-0 SBC) remains home to face Coastal Carolina (7-12, 1-5 SBC) for the second consecutive Saturday.
Tip from the Cam Henderson Center for the annual Sweetheart Clinic game is at 1 p.m.

PRE-GAME NOTES
- Marshall enters Saturday 6-0, the lone unbeaten team in the Sun Belt Conference. JMU and Troy are the two teams tied for second with a 5-1 record. The full SBC standings can be found HERE.
- The Herd is off its best start since the 1988-89 season when the team won its first eight games in league play.
- Marshall's Abby Beeman recorded her second triple-double of the season in Thursday's win. She is one of five players in NCAA DI to record multiple triple-doubles this season. The senior guard is 17 points away from 2,000 for her collegiate career.

ABOUT COASTAL CAROLINA
- The Herd and Chanticleers will meet for the second consecutive Saturday. Marshall won in Conway 72-60 last week.
- The Chanticleers are 7-11 overall, while entering the fourth week of league play with a 1-4 record.
- Coach Kevin Pederson is in his second season in Conway, with Preseason All-SBC Third Team member Deaja Richardson leading the team with 14.4 PPG.
