HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Men's Basketball team (6-8, 1-0 Sun Belt) hits the road to open 2024 as it heads to Monroe, Louisiana, for a contest against the ULM Warhawks (4-7, 0-1 Sun Belt) Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. EST/6:30 p.m. CST.

PRE-GAME NOTES

Nate Martin registered his eighth double-double of the season with 16 points and 10 rebounds as Marshall took it's Sun Belt Conference opener over Louisiana on Saturday, 75-61.
The Green and White saw five players reach double-figure scoring as joining Martin were Obinna Anochili-Killen (15), Kamdyn Curfman (13), Wyatt Fricks (10) and Kevon Voyles (10).
The Herd ranks 30th in the country, second in the SBC, at 5.1 blocks per game.
MU sits 33rd nationally with 41.07 rebounds per game.

ABOUT THE WARHAWKS

ULM enters the contest after suffering a 67-55 loss at App State on Saturday to open conference play.
Nika Metskhvarishvili leads the Warhawks in both points and rebounds per game at 11.3 and 5.8, respectively.
