HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The Sun Belt Conference-unbeaten Marshall Thundering Herd (15-5, 9-0 SBC) starts a three-game homestand against App State (10-10, 4-5 SBC).
Tip from the Cam Henderson Center Wednesday evening is at 6 p.m.

PRE-GAME NOTES
- Marshall seeks to close the month of January with a perfect record. The Herd has been 8-0 in the month.
- The Herd is 11-0 when scoring 80 or more points this season. Nine of those wins have been with more than 90 points scored, with MU surpassing the century-mark in four games this season. The four games with 100-plus points are the most in a season in program history.
- Marshall is attempting more three-point shots than any team in the country. 30.8 three-point attempts rank top in NCAA DI.

- App State enters the week at 10-10 overall, with a 4-5 record in SBC play. The Mountaineers are 7-1 at home, but 1-9 away from the elevation in Boone.
