HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Men's Basketball team (4-2) travels top Bowling Green, Kentucky, for a contest on Saturday against the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers (3-3) on Saturday at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT.

PRE-GAME NOTES

The Herd registered an 82-53 win over the South Carolina State Bulldogs Wednesday night in the Cam Henderson Center.
Nate Martin recorded his second double-double of the season with 10 points and a career-high 17 rebounds. The senior ranks 27th in the nation and second in the Sun Belt at 9.5 boards per game.
Going 6-for-13 from three-point range, Mikal Dawson tallied 18 points in the victory.
Joining Dawson and Martin in double-figure scoring were Obinna Anochili-Killen with 13 and Will Moore with 10.
Dezayne Mingo recorded nine assists with only two turnovers in the contest.

ABOUT THE HILLTOPPERS

WKU fall on Tuesday at No. 8 Kentucky at Rupp Arena.
The Hilltoppers have a pair of players averaging more than 15 points per game with Don McHenry at 15.8 and Babacar Faye.
Faye leads his side with 7.5 rebounds per game through the team's first six contests of the season.
