Marshall Softball Announces 2024 Fall Schedule

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall University softball returns to action this fall with 10 games across nine dates, all from the friendly confines of Dot Hicks Field.
Head Coach Morgan Zerkle announced the team's 2024 fall schedule Thursday, as the program begins year two with the former Herd All-American leading the team.
"Team 32 is going to be a competitive group with a tough mindset," Coach Zerkle said. "We have nine upperclassmen that I believe are going to help lead this program in the right direction and 15 underclassmen who are anxious to learn and grow. It will be exciting to see them in action this fall, not just competing against these other teams, but competing amongst each other to make the Herd stronger."
Admission for fall games will be free at Dot Hicks Field. All contests will be 10 innings in length, with the exception of the Ohio doubleheader on Oct. 6, which will be two, seven-inning games.
