HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The No. 7 Marshall University Men's Soccer team (2-1) continues its four-match homestand against the High Point Panthers (0-1-2) Friday at Hoops Family Field. First kick is scheduled for 7:15 p.m.

HAVE YOU HERD
- The Herd picked up a 6-1 victory over Loyola Maryland on Monday at Hoops Family Field. The team had six different goal scorers in the contest.
- MU trailed 1-0 after the first 52 seconds but tallied six unanswered goals in the triumph.
- Linker Rodrigues dos Santos tallied a goal and an assist with Rai Pinto, Loic Sany Kong, Marco Silva, Aymane Sordo and Pablo Simon also finding the back of the goal.
- Theo Godard added an assist on Sany Kong's goal with Ryan Holmes assisting on Simon's.
ABOUT THE PANTHERS
- High Point arrives in Huntington with a 0-1-2 record. The Panthers suffered a 3-2 defeat at NC State (Aug. 22) while drawing 1-1 with Davidson (Aug. 27) and 1-1 at No. 14 VCU (Aug. 31).
- Brendan Krueger leads High Point with a pair of goals, one at NC State and one against Davidson.
- Former Marshall defender Mohammed Seidu returns to Huntington after transferring to the Panthers. Seidu has started all three of the team's matches and played all 270 minutes.
