Women’s Basketball’s Weekend Game Postponed to Sunday 1/26

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Due to inclement weather in the southeast, Marshall women's basketball's upcoming contest in Huntington against Southern Miss has been moved to Sunday, Jan. 26 at 1 p.m. from the originally-scheduled day prior.
The Herd's matchup with Georgia Southern on Wednesday, Jan. 22 at 6 p.m. in the Henderson Center remains unchanged.
The inclement weather has delayed the travel plans for Southern Miss, prompting the Lady Eagles to move its first weekend contest at JMU from Thursday, Jan. 23 to Friday, Jan. 24.
Consequently, the Herd's game against USM has been delayed by 24 hours. The Dukes' showdown with its weekend-opponent Coastal Carolina has been pushed back to Sunday, Jan. 26 as well.
