No. 66 Herd Tennis Falls at Georgia State

ATLANTA, Ga. – The No. 66 Marshall University Tennis team (18-5, 7-4 SBC) fell 4-1 in Atlanta to the Georgia State Panthers on Saturday.

"Not a great day. Hopefully we get a complete effort next week," Herd Tennis Head Coach John Mercer said.

In doubles, Sophia Hurrion and Aisling McGrane won by a 6-0 sweep at No. 2 for the third straight match.

In singles, Johanna Strom picked up a 6-1, 7-6, straight sets win.
