HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The No. 6 Marshall University Men's Soccer team (2-0-3) welcomes the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers Friday night to Hoops Family Field to begin Sun Belt Conference play. First kick is scheduled for 7:15 p.m.

HAVE YOU HERD
- The Herd picked up a 4-0 shutout over UCSB at home on Sunday afternoon. Goalkeeper Dan Rose produced his first clean sheet of the season.
- Joao Roberto registered a five-point match with a pair of goals and an assist against the Gauchos.
- Yasha Schaerer tallied his team-leading third assist of the season on a corner, finding Kirill Pahkovmov for a header on the first goal of the contest.
- Roberto leads MU with six points this season on two goals and two assists as Momo Diop, Thiago Apolinario, and Larry Noel are tied with Roberto at two goals.
ABOUT THE CHANTICLEERS
- CCU has dropped its last three contests falling to Wofford, Presbyterian and North Florida.
