BATON ROUGE, La. – The Marshall University Tennis team dropped its final contest of the ITA National Indoor Championship to No. 24 UCF 4-0 on Sunday in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

"Really well coached UCF team. So congrats to them. We did a really good job winning the first set at one, two and three singles. But need to clean up doubles so we don't find ourselves in a hole," Herd Tennis Head Coach John Mercer said.

The Golden Knights captured the doubles point from the Herd.

In singles, Alina Mokrynska took her first set 6-4 and was up 5-1 in the second when the match was stopped.
