HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall Football will conclude its 2026 regular season home schedule with a heartfelt tribute to the brave men and women who have served our country as the Thundering Herd hosts Georgia State on Saturday, Nov. 21, for Salute to Service, presented by Dough Daddy's.

The game will celebrate active-duty military members, veterans, first responders and those who continue to serve our communities. It will also serve as Senior Day for Marshall Football and fans are encouraged to wear white.
The day will begin with the Senior Day ceremony prior to kickoff, where graduating members of the Thundering Herd football program will be recognized for their dedication and contributions to the University. During pregame, fans will also witness a special flyover from the West Virginia Air National Guard during the playing of the National Anthem.
Throughout the game, fans can expect patriotic-themed elements that honor the military and first responders, including special recognition moments and tributes to local heroes. The celebration will shine a spotlight on the individuals who have dedicated themselves to protecting and serving others while reinforcing the Herd's appreciation for their sacrifices.
Special ticket offers will be available for members of Youth Nation, local high school and youth sports teams, active-duty military personnel, veterans and first responders, making it a great opportunity for families, community groups and service organizations to experience Marshall Football together.
The game also marks fans' final opportunity to see the Herd at Joan C. Edwards Stadium during the 2026 regular season, creating one last chance to celebrate with the team before postseason play.
With expanded concourses, upgraded premium spaces, the debut of Marshall's new stadium lighting system and more, fans can enjoy one final unforgettable home gameday experience in Huntington during the 2026 season.
Additional gameday information will be announced at a later date. Kickoff time for the contest will be announced as part of the Sun Belt Conference's 12-day window, which is in accordance with the conference's television agreement with ESPN.
Season tickets and Mini Plans for the 2026 football season are on sale now. Single-game tickets will go on sale Wednesday.
