Dominique Hall Hired as Track and Field Assistant Coach

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Dominique Hall has been named an assistant coach for the Marshall Track & Field program, assisting with the jumps, combined events, hurdles and sprints, Director of Track & Field/Cross Country Keith Roberts announced Friday.
"We are excited to have Coach Hall on board. He is a versatile coach who will fit our family culture and team-oriented environment," Director Roberts said. "Throughout the interview process he displayed a high level of professionalism, integrity and positivity that his references described. His energy and experience at championship meets will be a great addition for our team and coaching staff."
Hall joins the Herd after a successful career competing for the University of Miami while obtaining his master's degree, and the University of Cincinnati for his bachelor's degree in Sports Administration.
"I am beyond excited and honored to be joining this staff! Thank you, Coach Roberts and the entire coaching staff, for believing in me and welcoming me into the fold as I learn and grow alongside you all," said Hall. "I am ready to pour everything I've got into helping this team grow and chase that championship."
Hall placed 7th at ACC Championships in the decathlon and competed at indoor NCAA Championships in the 4x400 relay.
During his career, he also competed at NCAA Championships in the decathlon and placed 2nd in the Big 12 Championships scoring 7649 points, excelling in the long jump, pole vault and sprints. He earned 2nd team All American honors in both the decathlon and the 4x400 relay.
Hall coached at Mount St. Joseph University, working primarily with long jump, high jump, pole vault and combined events.
