AS A JUNIOR (2020-21)
No fall season due to Covid-19. During the Spring, Madi played in 15 of 16 singles competitions with a record 5-7. She finished with a doubles record of 7-7, playing in 15 of 16 doubles matches. She was a member of the 2020-21 team that was honored with the Conference USA Sport Academic Award and ITA All-Academic team award.

AS A SOPHOMORE (19-2020)
During the fall, Madi went 4-1 in singles competition. In the spring season, Madi played in all 17 of the Herd’s matches. She had an overall singles record of 14-2, which was the best for the Herd in 2020. She started the season in January and did not lose her first set until the 11th match of the season. She also had 11 doubles wins. The team was named an ITA All-Academic team. She was also on the Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19)
Finished her first season with a 17-18 combined (fall and spring) singles record and added eight doubles wins for the Herd ... Finished the spring season with 11 singles wins and five doubles wins ... 25 combined total wins led all Marshall freshmen ... Went 7-3 in singles play to close out the season ... Led the Herd with four Conference USA singles wins, picking up victories against Charlotte, North Texas, Middle Tennessee and UAB ... Earned Conference USA doubles wins against Middle Tennesse and UAB ... Clinched each of Marshall's first two wins in singles play against Wright State and West Virginia State ... Paired with Liz Stefancic to earn a doubles win against West Virginia ...  Compiled a 6-7 singles record during the fall season ... Three of her six wins during the fall season came in straight sets ... Named to the Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll.

PRIOR TO MARSHALL: A four-star recruit ranked 83rd in the country by the Tennis Recruiting Network.

PERSONAL: She is the daughter of Brent and Cristie Ballow along with siblings Christopher and Brynley Ballow. Her dad played football for TCU. She chose Marshall because of the players and coaches.
