Accessibility
- Seating - Wheelchair and accessible seating is reserved and available in row 21 of sections 104, 122, 105, 128, and 130. Advance reservations are accepted and encouraged through the ticket office. If you have a need for accessible seating on game day, please visit one of the ticket booths located at the corners of the stadium. Guests requiring a wheelchair must provide one for their own use.
- Parking - All handicap accessible parking sold through the Marshall Ticket Office is on a season basis. On a single game basis, you are permitted to use the handicap drop off zone located in 4 1/2 Alley next to the stadium.
- Beer is available for purchase along the West & East concourses inside the gates. Beer, wine, and malt beverages are available for purchase in the Big Green Room, as well.
- Alcohol sales conclude at the end of the 3rd Quarter.
- Alcoholic beverages of any kind may not be brought into Joan C. Edwards Stadium.
- Only service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted.
- There are no ATMs located inside Joan C. Edwards Stadium. The closest ATM is located at City National Bank on 20th Street and 3rd Avenue.
- No one is allowed on the field at any time without proper credentials. There is no organized location for autographs after the game.
Banners and Signs
- Banners and signs that are family friendly in nature are permitted at Joan C. Edwards Stadium as long as they do not block patrons from viewing the event. Marshall Athletics reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual with a sign that does not adhere to this policy.
- Bus parking is available on game day. You must contact the Marshall Ticket Office for more information and to reserve a location in advance of game day.
- Cameras (with no flash) are permitted in Joan C. Edwards Stadium. Video recorders, tripods and selfie sticks are prohibited.
Children's Admission
- All individuals three (3) years and older need a valid game ticket for all Marshall Athletics events. Children two (2) years and younger do not need a game ticket for entry if they are sitting on the lap of an adult.
- There is a clear bag policy for Marshall Athletic events. To enhance public safety and make stadium access more efficient, Marshall University Athletics has adopted a Clear Bag Policy. Fans may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch bag (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5") for privacy. Please refer to the pictures above for non-approved bags.
- Each credential indicates the areas of Joan C. Edwards Stadium in which it will be honored. Credentials must be worn and clearly visible at all times
- Customer service is located at the fan assistance tent outside of Gate A. For emergencies, please see the nearest event security or staff member.
- Elevators to access the Big Green Room, Press Box, and Sky Suites are located near Gate B in the west concourse of Joan C. Edwards Stadium.
- All individuals must have proper credentials or sky suite tickets to access the elevators.
- ADA elevator passes can be issued for individuals to access the Big Green Room. Please contact the Big Green for more information at 304-696-4661.
- If you or someone you know requires first aid, please find the nearest event staff member immediately. Ambulances are located near Gate A & Gate D outside of the north end zone gates. In the event of extreme heat on the day of the game, there will be triage located outside of Gate A & Gate D with first aid, water, and chairs available.
- Please be advised that food prepared here may contain the following ingredients: milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.
- The gates open one and one-half hours (90 minutes) before game time unless otherwise advertised.
- Gate B for suite holders will open two hours before game time unless otherwise advertised.
- Guest services is located at Gate A (West concourse) inside the stadium or at the fan assistance tent outside of Gate A.
- For immediate assistance, please find the nearest event staff member or campus police to your location, or call 304-696-HELP.
- The Marshall Athletics Hall of Fame is located in the Chris Cline Indoor Athletic Complex and is open to the public during home football games starting six hours prior to kickoff. Visitors can enter through the doors on the backside of the weight room on the north side of the facility.
- In the event of inclement weather approaching Joan C. Edwards Stadium, public address and video announcements will be made to update fans on the situation. Should a lightning strike occur within close proximity of the stadium, play will be suspended immediately. Play will resume 30 minutes after the last strike occurs within the threat radius. Fans are required to exit the stadium and seek shelter in their vehicles during weather delays. All ticket stubs should be kept for re-entry into the stadium after the weather threat has cleared. - Lost and found is maintained during the game at Guest Services, located at Gate A in the West concourse.
- All unclaimed items will be available at the Marshall Campus Police the following Monday after the game.

- In the case of a lost child, please contact Guest Services at Gate A in the West concourse or find the nearest event staff member or campus police officer while at the game for assistance.
- The HerdZone Team Store is located near Gate B South in the West Concourse. Hours will vary on game day.
- Portable stadium seats no larger than 18" are allowed as long as they are armless and do not overhang the bleacher or infringe on the seat space of those around you.
- Rental stadium seat backs are only available on a season basis - game day rentals are no longer available.

- No re-entry is permitted at any athletic venue.
- RVs are permitted in the lot behind the Arthur Weisberg Engineering Complex on 3rd Avenue. Each spot taken up in this lot will be $10. You are permitted to park your RV in this lot the night before game day. A staff member will come around the next day to collect the parking money for your RV parked in the lot.
- Restrooms are located on both the east and west concourses.
- Baby changing stations are available in all men and women's stadium concourse restrooms and in the suite / press box area.
- The scalping of tickets on University property is forbidden. Violators are subject to removal from University property. No solicitation of any kind is permitted in the parking lots or stadium. Individuals discovered soliciting will be asked to cease or will be removed.
- No personal scoreboard messages are done during Marshall Football games.
- Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted under any circumstance in Joan C. Edwards Stadium.

- Selling of any items by anyone other than authorized Marshall personnel or designated vending personnel in or around Joan C. Edwards Stadium and the parking areas is prohibited.
Student Tickets & Entry
- All Marshall students should enter through Gate F (East Concourse).

- 20th Street will shut down six hours prior to kick-off each game day and turn into Thunder Street. For more information, please click here.
- The main ticket office is located on the third floor of City National Bank, across from the Cam Henderson Center. Normal office hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Hours on football game days will vary. Follow @HerdTickets on Twitter for updates.
- Ticket operations will cease at halftime. If you do not have a valid game ticket after ticket operations cease, you will not be allowed entry into the game.
- Ticket windows at Joan C. Edwards Stadium will open 2 hours before kickoff.
- Marshall University Athletics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets. There are no refunds or exchanges.
