2023 (Senior):Â Had resurgent senior season, competing in all six meets, setting two personal bests ... Opened season with 4K PR at Virginia Tech Invitational, raced a 15:48.4 ,,, Solidified placing spot in three other regular season meets ... Finished 37th at Sun Belt Championships ... Finished season at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals, racing a 22:32.6
2022 (Junior): Competed in one race at the BGSU Falcon Invitational…Raced a 25:20.7.
2021 (Sophomore): Competed in all six of Marshall's meets in 2021...opened the season with a 4K PR of 16:50.7 at Virginia Tech Invitational...raced in three consecutive 5K's with season's best time coming at Louisville Classic, racing a 19:39.3...finished in 60th at 2021 C-USA Championships, racing a 6K time of 23:38.2....concluded season at NCAA DI Mid-Atlantic Region Championships, racing a 6K time of 24:46.1.Â

2021-22 Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll: GPA 3.00 or better
2020 (Freshman): Competed in two of the three team meets in the shortened season … made her collegiate debut in the Blue Ridge Open dual meet at Appalachian State, where she finished 12th with a 5K time of 18:53.5 … at the Conference USA Championships hosted by UAB finished the 6K in 23:00.1, finishing in 34th, which was the ninth-best finish by a freshman at the meet and as the third-highest Marshall finisher.
Prior to Marshall: Dotson comes to Marshall as one of the most decorated women’s distance recruits in school history … she comes to Marshall having won 13 State Championships across cross country and track and field, including the 2017 Kentucky HS State XC title … she won the state indoor 800m title all four years of her high school career and won the state indoor 1600m three times, her personal record of 2:12.70 in the 800m was set at the 2020 Marshall University High School Invitational, which also is the meet record, and was ranked 23rd in the nation … holds personal records of 18:53 in cross country and 5:16.13 in the mile.
