Song joined the Herd as a volunteer coach in May of 2021.Â
Song brings 15 years of experience as a school counselor, performance coach and collegiate athletics coach.

Song has earned degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (BS, Psychology), West Virginia University (MS, Coaching Education) and Bloomsburg University (MS School Counseling). Erin swam and played lacrosse collegiately.

Given her experience as a coach in addition to her role as a school counselor, Erin's true passion is in helping individuals recognize their potential both in and out of sport. For the past two years, Erin has worked with individuals and teams as a mindset coach. During those sessions they work together to overcome challenges in sport and life while learning lifelong strategies to build confidence, resilience, and maintain a growth mindset.

Song loves the beach and being active. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Danny, and their sons Chris, John Paul (JP) and Adam.Â
