2016-2017 (Junior): Three individual wins … finished first in the 50 free (24.57) against Vanderbilt … touched in for a first place finish in the 50 free (24.60) against James Madison and VMI … finished first against Saint Louis, Little Rock and McKendree in the 50 free (25.29) … placed in the top five eight times …placed 10th in the 50 free at the Conference USA Championships (23.25) ... named to Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
2015-2016 (Sophomore): Earned one individual win...Placed in the top five 9 times…Placed 8th at the Conference USA Championships in the 50 free (23.16)…10th in the 100 free (51.26)…11th in the 100 breast (1:04.54)…Also swam season best in the 100 back (1:06.53)… Placed 3rd on the All-Time Top Ten list in the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.10… Placed 3rd on the All-Time Top Ten list in the 100 freestyle with a time of 51.26… Placed 4th on the All-Time Top Ten list in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:04.54...Named to Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2014-15 Freshman: Swam Lifetime Bests in the 50 Free (23.80), 100 Free (52.68) and 100 Breast (1:07.47) at Conference USA Championships. Named to Conference USA Honor Roll. Ranked 5th on Marshall’s All-Time Top Ten list in 50 Free and 8th All-Time in the 100 Free. Member of the Marshall school record setting 200 Freestyle Relay.
Personal: Plans to Major in Medical Science. Daughter of John and Cheryl Cowher. Has two siblings, Cole and Jack.
