Chad Heiner serves as the Defensive Analytics and Pitching Coordinator for Marshall University Baseball, where he blends data-driven strategy with on-field coaching to enhance player performance.

A former student-athlete and graduate of Marshall University with a degree in Finance, Chad brings firsthand playing experience along with coaching roles at Cabell Midland High School and in the Valley Baseball League with the Harrisonburg Turks.
