Cordell Elmer joined Marshall Athletics in January 2026 as Director of Facilities and Game Operations, overseeing athletic facilities and game-day operations.

He brings seven years of experience in golf course maintenance, having served in leadership roles at Stonewall Resort and Pete Dye Golf Club. A proud Marshall graduate, Cordell earned his B.A. in Sports Management with a minor in Safety in 2018.
