Jak joined the Marshall University Athletics staff in September 2025 as the Student Service Specialist.

Prior to Marshall, served as a Student Success Advisor for Biological Sciences Pre-Health at Ohio University, following three years as a Resident Director.

Additional experience includes graduate and internship roles at Western Carolina University, Texas Woman’s University, and Warren Wilson College, with a focus on student development, campus programming, and community engagement.

Earned a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts with a minor in Psychology from Western Carolina University.
