Lisa Lucas joins Marshall University in April 2026 as the Director of Annual Giving. She brings decades of experience in donor relations, quality and operations leadership, and environmental compliance across the manufacturing and nonprofit sectors.

Most recently, she served as the Director of Donor Relations & Special Projects for the Big Green Scholarship Foundation, where she managed donor operations, strengthened donor relationships, and supported key organizational initiatives.

Lisa’s extensive background in process improvement, program development, and stakeholder engagement positions her to effectively advance Marshall Athletics’ fundraising efforts and deepen support for student-athletes.
