Lisa Lucas serves as the Director of Annual Giving for the Big Green Scholarship Foundation, where she works with alumni, donors, and friends of Marshall University to create opportunities for student-athletes through philanthropy.
Throughout her career, Lisa has held leadership roles across customer relations and engagement, project management, operations, quality systems, environmental compliance, and organizational development. These diverse experiences have shaped her collaborative approach to leadership and strengthened her ability to bring people together around a common goal.
A proud Marshall University alumna, Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science with a major in Chemistry. She has built her career on a foundation of continuous learning, problem-solving, and service. Whether working with donors, colleagues, or community partners, she believes strong relationships are at the heart of every success.
Family is the center of Lisa's life. She and her husband, Aaron are the proud parents of two adult children and their spouses. She and her husband cherish time spent with their two grandchildren and enjoy keeping up with the antics of their three poodles.
When she is not working, Lisa enjoys practicing and teaching yoga at BDY Studios in Heritage Station, sharing her passion for health, wellness, and mindfulness with others. She also loves traveling, exploring new places, and creating memorable experiences with family and friends. Whether connecting with donors, supporting student-athletes, leading a yoga class, or spending time with loved ones, Lisa values meaningful relationships, personal growth, and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
